At Space Coast Information Systems we are proud to work with IBM Maximo, the premier Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in use today. We have worked on large Maximo projects mostly with government customers like NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and NASA's Glenn Research Center. These projects range in size from small to medium in terms of number of end- users, number of assets and complexity of asset life-cycle and management. The items managed include communications gear, IT hardware and software, and facility assets. These systems support several dozen to several hundred users. The larger systems provide clustering, fault tolerance, redundant data storage, LDAP with single sign-on (via SPNEGO), and SSL/TLS configurations. Databases used are Oracle, SQL Server, and sometimes DB2. We have lots of experience with IBM WebSphere middleware.

Services
As an IBM Partner, we offer the following services:
Assessment
A review of your asset management infrastructure, processes, data, and current CMMS implementation. We provide recommendations on the implementation strategy, hardware requirements, system/data migration, external interfaces, and mobile solutions.
Installation
Installation of Maximo v7.6.1.x on Windows 2016/2019 servers using IBM WebSphere, Oracle 12c/19c, SQL Server 2016/2019 or IBM DB2 database. From time to time, we also dabble in Linux implementations of Maximo.
Configuration
Horizontal and vertical cluster setups that are fault tolerant, multi-server, load balanced, and handle hundreds of users. Configurations are setup with LDAP (single sign-on via SPNEGO), SSL/TLS, Email listeners, and customized Security Groups, Workflows, Start Centers, KPIs, applications, and BIRT reports.
Cloud
We can help you setup, configure, manage, and administer Maximo systems in a fault-tolerant, always available, US Government FedRAMP Amazon cloud infrastructructure.
Upgrades
For customers currently using Maximo v7.5.x/v7.6.0.x and needing to upgrade to Maximo v7.6.1.x. As you may know, the upgrade process is arduous. IBM recommends a weekend cut-over from the old to the new system, but we offer a near zero down-time plan that will save you time and not totally disrupt your operation.
